Marinovi Export ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal and corporate data in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Danish data protection law. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you hold over it.

01

Data We Collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide when submitting a trade position through our intake form. This includes:

  • Authorised contact name and corporate entity name
  • Corporate email address and phone number
  • Trade position details: commodity type, volume, origin or destination, delivery parameters, and pricing information
  • Preferred communication method

We do not collect payment information, government identification, or any data from minors. We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics.

02

Purpose of Processing

Data submitted through our intake form is processed solely for the following purposes:

  • Evaluating the viability and scope of your submitted trade position
  • Verifying counterparty credentials and documentation against desk requirements
  • Facilitating direct, confidential communication between you and our principals
  • Complying with applicable export documentation and legal due-diligence obligations

The legal basis for this processing is your explicit consent at the point of submission, and our legitimate interest in conducting structured commodity brokerage operations.

03

Strict Confidentiality & Third-Party Sharing

Your data is never sold, leased, rented, or disclosed to any external party without your prior written consent. This is not a policy addendum — it is the operational foundation of how we conduct business.

Specifically:

  • Your identity and trade position are never shared with external broker networks or daisy chains
  • Your details are never posted to public trade boards, commodity platforms, or third-party sourcing networks
  • No introduction to a counterparty occurs without your explicit approval
  • All counterparty introductions are preceded by a signed Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NCNDA)

We may share minimal data with trusted professional advisors (legal counsel, compliance consultants) where strictly required by law or for the performance of a contracted transaction. Any such parties are bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.

04

Data Retention & Security

Corporate trade profiles and submitted position data are retained only as long as necessary to fulfil transactional, contractual, or legal obligations. Where a trade position does not proceed, intake data is securely deleted within 90 days of our final communication.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. All principal communications are conducted via encrypted channels.

05

Your GDPR Rights

Under the GDPR, you hold the following rights with respect to your personal data:

  • Right of Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Right to Rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Right to Erasure — request immediate deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements
  • Right to Restriction — request that we limit how we use your data while a dispute is resolved
  • Right to Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Right to Data Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

To exercise any of these rights, contact us directly at:

nikolay@marinoviexport.com

We will respond to all data requests within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.dk.
