• Know Your Customer (KYC) — All counterparties, buyers, and suppliers are subject to identity verification and documentation review prior to any introduction or trade facilitation.
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML) — The desk applies transaction monitoring consistent with EU Anti-Money Laundering Directives (AMLD) and Danish AML legislation. Suspicious activity is reported as required by law.
• Non-Circumvention & Non-Disclosure (NCNDA) — All parties entering the brokerage process are required to execute binding NCNDA agreements before any confidential trade details or counterparty identities are disclosed.
• Sanctions Screening — All counterparties are screened against applicable international sanctions lists, including EU, UN, and OFAC registers, prior to engagement.

Marinovi Export reserves the right to terminate any engagement where documentation cannot be verified or where a counterparty is found to be operating in breach of applicable law.
